Frank Mensah Otabil is the visionary CEO and founder of Rankdigital Marketing Consultancy Ltd., a tech-driven agency dedicated to empowering African SMEs through innovative, affordable digital solutions. With a BSc in Business Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Cape Coast and a robust background in IT, marketing, and graphic design, Frank has successfully led the development of over 200 digital platforms—including e-commerce sites, educational portals, and SME-focused social tools.

Under his leadership, Rankdigital has secured significant recognitions such as a GIZ Ghana tech grant, NITA registration, and Data Protection Certification. Notable projects include contributions to the AU's Encyclopaedia Africana Project (Agenda 2063) and the Digital Service Hub (DSH), a platform that supports SMEs in managing their digital presence through analytics, AI web builders, and online review systems.
